We solely work online, that is, via the World Wide Web. We are available round the clock (24/7) throughout the year. When you place an order to our company, you will be assigned with a team of highly creative and experienced designers who will handle your order efficiently and complete it in a timely manner. Rest assured, you will be provided with a highly creative and compelling logo, website, banner, stationery and/or brochure design for your business.

It is our absolute assurance that your logo will be designed exactly as per your description (same applies to our other products such as website, brochure, stationery designs, etc.)
Design is a subjective matter and initial samples/concepts are created according to the customer’s brief to start-off with the project. However, we offer Unlimited Revisions to guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction.
When you place an order at Abtach, you are assured to be offered a refund where certain actions affect your eligibility to claim a refund:
None of the initial samples conform to the customer brief.
Customer asks for revisions by providing feedback.
Takes no action for 60 days.
Customer can ask for a full refund
Money Back Guarantee does not remain applicable. 100% Satisfaction becomes applicable.
Money back guarantee offer becomes void, however Abtach will review and uphold the offer on its own discretion
In case if no resolution is made between the two parties and a refund is awarded, then the client may not be permitted to use any items delivered by us, thus he/she may not have any kind of ownership on those artworks.
Time is of the essence, it is especially important in the business world and we are fully aware of it. Therefore, we guarantee you that the initial concepts will be presented before you within 48-72 hours. Keep in mind that we use Electronic-mail (Email) to deliver both the initial concepts and the final, approved files to our clients.
Abtach, in any way, is not responsible for failing to meet the imposed deadline of the client which is not pre-approved by both the parties in written. Keep in mind, the complete payment is due at the time of placing the order.
The default color palette that we use for our logo projects is CMYK, unless of course the client specifies any color palette other than CMYK prior to starting the logo design project. If a change of color palette is requested by the client during the project, additional charges will be deducted.
We use Adobe Illustrator as the primary designing software, thus the original format of the logo will be in (.ai) format. The fonts of the logo will be converted into outlines. Client will receive the logo in other formats as well such as JPEG, PDF, TIFF, GIF, .wmf, freehand, etc.
We, at Abtach, always do our utmost to present a perfect and pleasing to the eye logo design concepts to our valued clients. We know it certainly well that every individual has his/her own idea of perfection. The designs that look perfect to us may not necessarily look perfect to you. Therefore, we offer our clients unlimited free revisions until they are completely contented with the result. Keep in mind that for each revision request, a new draft will be presented within the period of 2 days.
Once an art work is approved and the final file is sent to the client after the complete payment, the client owns all the rights of the paid art work. All the claims and copyrights of the design are then transferred to the client.
The customer support center of Abtach is always available at the disposal of the client round the clock, that is, 24 hours and 7 days a week. With such kind of round the clock customer support you are assured to get the attention that you deserve. For your convenience we offer numerous communication channels: SKYPE, EMAIL, LIVE CHAT, etc.
You clearly and irreversibly agree that Abtach reserves the sole rights to cancel, reject or terminate any order or your contract in the following cases:
If the violation of contract is detected on the client’s side
If Abtach fails to complete the client’s order due to any unexpected and unavoidable circumstances.
If an order has already been submitted by the client and Abtach fails to process it due to uncalled for circumstances, a complete refund will be awarded to the client.
In case if Abtach declines or terminates a client’s order due to any reason other than client breach of contract or Abtach’s non-performance, a complete refund of the prepaid amount will be offered to the client.
We do not design and develop anything related to or promoting pornography, child pornography and/or nudity. Any direct order of adult content, as stated, placed via World Wide Web will be cancelled.
